Classes Ex.: dance class/rehearsals, private lessons, seminars, workshops, meetings, etc.

Events Ex.: birthday parties, baby shower, bridal shower, social gathering, gender reveal, etc.

All rentals come with the use of first floor RESTROOMS and bluetooth speaker (please leave restrooms clean). We do not rent tables and chairs.

Two hour minimum use for all Events.

One hour minimum use for all Classes.

Non-refundable deposit of 50% due for all rentals at time of request in order to hold your date.

Deposits can be transferred to another date upon approval of event date change request.

No smoking on building grounds.

Renters must sign rental agreement, complete online rental request form below, and waivers.
Saturday rentals not available September-June.
