Summer GYMNASTICS CAMP

Get ready for the ultimate summer gymnastics experience at the NDC Summer Gymnastics Camp! For 4 exciting weeks, students will enjoy five action-packed days each week filled with tumbling, flexibility training, strength development, coordination work, and skill-building across multiple gymnastics disciplines.

From mastering essential gymnastics vocabulary to learning new progressions safely and confidently, campers will develop technique, build power, and grow their confidence on the mat.

But it’s not all just gymnastics—our campers also enjoy fun arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games, water play, enrichment activities, and exciting field trips designed to make their summer unforgettable.

At NDC, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where every child feels supported and encouraged. Our experienced coaches follow all safety guidelines so your child can focus on having fun, making friends, and leveling up their gymnastics skills.

Level Placement Assessment Required

​

Level 1–2 | Ages 4–7 (Beginner)
Focus: Basic skills, balance, rolls, strength & flexibility

​

Level 3 | Ages 8–10 (Intermediate)
Focus: Walkovers, handsprings progressions, strength & form

​

Level 4 | Ages 11–14 (Intermediate–Advanced)
Focus: Power skills, advanced tumbling, technique refinement

Camp Dates: June 22nd – July 17th
Closed: July 3rd (Holiday Break)

• 2 Field Trips Included

• In-House Gymnastics Summer Showcase: Saturday, July 18th

Fees

Registration Fee: $100 (due at time of registration; closes June 15th)
Weekly Rate: $300 per week (due Friday before each week begins)

​

(Optional) Part-Time Rates:

• Daily Rate: $75/day (3-day minimum; must register 24 hours in advance)

​

Activity/Showcase Fee:
$175 per gymnast (includes Gymnastics camp shirt + all field trips)
Due May 15th, 2025

​

Showcase Costume Fee:
$75 per costume
 

Class Uniform:
Purple biketard or leotard and black shorts
